Where I meet you

• Domestic arrivals (Terminal 2): I meet you at the designated rideshare pickup area just outside the terminal.
• International arrivals (Terminal 1): I come inside the terminal and wait in the arrivals hall with an Aero Transfers name sign, allowing time for immigration, baggage and biosecurity.
• I contact you after your plane lands to confirm exactly where and when we meet, so there is no guessing in a busy terminal.

Journey time, peak and off-peak

Off-peak the drive is around 2 hours. In Brisbane weekday peaks (6-9am and 3-6.30pm), on holiday weekends or with Bruce Highway roadworks, allow an extra 20-40 minutes.

Pickup lead time for departures

For departing flights I aim to have you at Brisbane Airport 90 minutes before a domestic departure and 3 hours before an international departure, then work the pickup time backwards from your address, including a traffic buffer.
