Where I meet you

• Pickups and drop-offs are at the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal, 1 Cruise Terminal Drive, Pinkenba (Luggage Point).
• For disembarkation I wait in the passenger pickup zone outside the terminal building with a name sign, and I track the ship's berthing time so a late arrival is never a problem.
• For departures I drop you directly at the terminal doors within your allocated boarding window and help with the bags.

Journey time, peak and off-peak

Off-peak the drive is around 1 hour 45 minutes. Cruise disembarkation and Brisbane peak traffic can add 20-40 minutes, so I build a buffer into every cruise transfer.

Pickup lead time for departures

For departures I usually target arrival at the terminal 2-3 hours before your ship's scheduled departure, in line with your allocated check-in window. Send me your boarding time and I will set the pickup accordingly.

Private sedan with room for up to 4 passengers and 4 standard suitcases plus carry-on bags. Oversized items such as golf clubs, surfboards, prams, bikes or extra cases can usually be carried, but please tell me when you book so I can allow for the space.

Getting a price for Coolum

Cruise terminal transfers to and from Coolum are quoted as a fixed price per vehicle, with a $20 surcharge on top of the standard Brisbane fare for the Pinkenba terminal run. Brisbane based pickups must be pre paid.
